[NOTICE] the proton@ mailing list is being merged into the users/dev lists

The [hidden email] mailing list will merged into the users/dev lists, as
you may already be aware from recent threads.

As part of this, around 50 subscribers to proton@ who are not also
currently subscribed to users@ will be subscribed to the users@ list.
The proton@ list will then be retired and its list address aliased
with users@. I will raise this request with infra next week.

If you fall into the group of people not subscribed to both those
lists already and wish to subscribe to users@ before that time, you
can do so by following the subscribe instructions at
http://qpid.apache.org/discussion.html. Alternatively, if you are in
the group and do not wish to be subscribed to users@, you may
unsubscribe from the proton@ list before then by following the
unsubscribe instructions on the same page.

Development related traffic such as mails from JIRA and GitHub will
move to the dev@ list (also see the above page if wishing to subscribe
there). I will raise requests with infra to that end shortly.

Regards,
Robbie
